Additionally, the air conditioning was either too hot or too cold, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Despite raising these issues, the staff were not very responsive, leaving me feeling frustrated.

I encountered rude staff when requesting assistance, and they were unwilling to help when I needed a taxi later on.
